    Resetting of the protection is a bug.
    Once you are attacked and the cooldown starts, it must be for a full duration as is intended. This is an oversight and not intentional.

    I can confirm the player did NOT re-enter House of Pain, he only left it and got attacked immediately afterwards.
    This is a bug and it has been reported.

    Mainly the issue is the PvP part.
    Both attacks made on this player were PvP, not house of pain attacks.
    It simply should not work like that just because he left the house of pain.

    Considering people using it - that is simply bug abuse.
